Anhui Shengxi New Material Technology Co., Ltd., was set up in 2011, with registered capital RMB 80 million, Located in Luan Undertake Industrial Transfer Centralized Demonstration Park, Anhui province, China.
It covers an area of about 200 acres and the first phase of the project is 100 acres. The first phase was completed which contained a Hot Dipped Galvanizing/55% Aluminum-Zinc Alloy-Coated line and two Pre-painting lines. There are three more lines to commission in the second phase of expansion: A Hot Rolled Pickling line, a Cold Rolling line and a Hot Dipped Galvanizing/55% Aluminum-Zinc Alloy-Coated line. As a result, in near SHENGXI will be able to reach the annual capacity of 700, 000 tons of Cold Rolled Steel Coils, 700, 000 tons of Hot Dipped Galvanized/55% Aluminum-Zinc Alloy-Coated Steel Coils and 300, 000 tons of Pre-Painted Steel Coils to fulfill the great demand of customers.
From the very beginning, positioned as a full-process galvanizer & coil coater, SHENGXI planned to manufacture the cutting-edge steel products with high quality (high strength building materials, new materials for special applications and green products). SHENGXI is planning to manufacture the products of various kinds with high added value to fulfill both the domestic and foreign trade demand.
